🌿 Following Jesus is not following a set of rules. We live for Him out of joy and gratitude for what He has done for us: 1 John 4:19-21 .

 

🌿 The key to obeying Jesus and bearing fruit is remaining in Jesus, just like a branch of a grapevine must remain attached to the vine in order to bear fruit: John 15:4-5 .​​

🌿 Belief is not real if actions don't follow: John 14:15, James 2:14-19 .

🌿 Obedience is joyful, not a duty: John 15:9-11 .
